Brain Gym-What is it?  How can it help you and your students?

Join Tracy and Angell for this 15 hour movement-based workshop to learn how to lead your students to
become more “active thinkers” and create lessons you can use in your classroom this fall.
Brain Gym activities have helped students become better listeners, have strengthened reading
comprehension skills, and improved mental focus, lowering anxiety and classroom stress.

You'll be amazed at the different ways Brain Gym can benefit you and your students.  There will be
lots of movement, learning and laughs! Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Participants are asked to bring curriculum materials to develop lessons for their classrooms.
