Services Provided
Provides programs for more than 450 disabled individuals and families; has been involved in the provision of services to the mentally retarded citizens of the county since 1954; services expanded to include programs for adults including a Sheltered Workshop Program, a Community Residence Program for adults, a Day Treatment Program for adults, Family Support/Counseling Services, Supported Work Program, and a Respite home to provide families with opportunities for vacation/leisure time. Can assist disabled students with adaptive equipment and technological devices for use at home. Employs over 340 staff members.
