Services Provided

Services are designed to develop in each individual a maximum potential for vocational success; work, through the acquisition of a diverse range of subcontracts is used as a basis for the rehabilitation program as it serves as an effective, therapeutic medium and enables clients to develop work skills as well as an increased sense of self-worth and dignity; goals are to assist individuals with disabilities to attain suitable community employment commensurate with their aptitudes and capabilities, and/or to provide sheltered employment to those more severely handicapped individuals who are found to be unable to successfully participate in the competitive labor market.

Champlain Valley Industries performs active subcontract work for industry located in Canada and throughout the United States. Contract work currently available includes assembly, packaging, shrink wrapping, pallet manufacturing, mailing, machine operations, janitorial services, food service, and building and grounds maintenance.
