Hours of Operation

9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday; evenings on call, as needed; 24 hour on call for emergencies and crisis intervention

Services Provided

In-Home program promoting healthy families; staff members serve as caring friends to first time parents. Child abuse prevention, visiting friend for the family, positive role model for parenting, family activities, crisis intervention, advocacy/liaisons for family. Transportation furnished for some activities.

Early Advantages is part of the New York State Home Visiting Program.

Service Eligibility

First time parents of newborns residing in Clinton County.

Referral Procedure

Call Sandy Peryer; referral from other agencies such as Social Services, schools, mental health clinics, etc.; self referral
