Adoption; AIDS; child abuse; counseling; family services; financial aid; marriage counseling; mental health; parenting; pregnancy information and counseling; psychological services; rape victims; refugees; sexual abuse

Services for unmarried parents, community education and services, referral, counseling includes counseling for Vietnam veterans.

Agency serves clients in Clinton and Essex counties and sponsors retired and senior volunteer programs in each of the two counties.

No dues; no religious affiliation or obligation. This chapter serves both Clinton and Essex County families. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at the United Way Building, 45 Tome Miller Road, Plattsburgh, NY at 7:30 PM.
