Services Provided

The Child Care Coordinating Council of the North Country, Inc. works throughout Clinton, Essex, and Franklin counties to:
1. Help parents find high quality and affordable child care;
2. Increase the supply and quality of licensed child care providers;
3. Help employers address the child care concerns of their employees;
4. Provide child care information to the general public;
5. Provide supervised visitation services for non-custodial parents (as funded)
6. Offers families a free play area for parent-child play and parenting support and resources at Families First Family Resource Center on Water Street in Elizabethtown, NY.

An Agency of the United Way of Clinton and Essex Counties, Inc.

Service Eligibility

Families with current/anticipated child care needs; center and home based child care professionals; people interested in becoming child care providers; employers interested in addressing the child care needs of their employees; and the general public interested in child care issues and family support services.
