Information for youth and adults with alcohol abuse and drug use concerns. Funding for alcohol abuse programs (SADD Chapters, MADD Programs).
Assists in funding the following programs or agencies:
a. Alternatives to Incarceration
b. Essex County Probation Office
c. Assistant Essex County District Attorney
d. St. Joseph's Treatment Program
