Adoption; family services; financial assistance; foster home care; Medicaid; home care services; housing; child protective services; adult protection services; home energy assistance program; referral to and information on other agencies; day care assistance; subsidies and welfare to work services; food stamps; home services for children and adults; family and teen age services including adoption; preventive and protective services. Also provides parent and unmarried services, low income day care, welfare benefits, employment services, and support collection.

Outreach offices in Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake. A worker visits St. Regis Mohawk Reservation 1 time per week.
