Services Provided

Counseling; financial aid; educational and career exploration; academic support through tutoring and course offerings; course enrichments; cultural, social, civic and academic activities.

Full year program featuring counseling as well as educational and career guidance with Upward Bound counselors working with Upward Bound students and the home school counselors; field trips to educational institutions and career-oriented visits to work sites; in summer program students live on the campus of SUNY Plattsburgh and matriculate in high school and/or college courses for credit and enrichment.

Service Eligibility

Enrolled in grades 9-12, 14-19 years old, must meet income and educational guidelines as defined by U.S. Department of Education
