Services Provided

Dedicated to meeting the needs of the economically disadvantaged, disabled, and elderly. Community Outreach Centers are located throughout Clinton County which fact makes access an easy process for clients. Services include one-to-one confidential guidance, county-wide program information, and agency referrals. Coordinators identify client eligibility for programs and assist with filing applications. COP personnel provide families with food through the Nutrition program and with clothing items. They also take applications for programs such as Christmas Bureau and HEAP.
