Hours of Operation

Office 8:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
Medical team -- 24 hours per day, seven days per week

Services Provided

A professional, primarily volunteer, air medical team providing a high level of emergency care from hospitals and accident scenes to advanced care via rotor-wing transport with the New York State Police and fixed-wing transport with private providers.

An Agency of the United Way of Clinton and Essex Counties, Inc.

Residents and visitors of Franklin, Essex, Clinton, Warren, Washington, Hamilton, and St. Lawrence counties
