Services Provided

Primary health care center serving the Mohawk Community of Akwesasne. Includes Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation (separate directory entry for Alcohol/Chemical Dependency Program) and Mental Health Services (separate directory entry.

Medical Clinic with full lab and pharmacy, full and part-time doctors, nurse practitioners; Dental Clinic providing primary dental services with a sealant program in schools; community health program helping the chronically ill, the elderly, and the homebound; special programs for childhood injury prevention, teen/women health, environmental health and in-home services for the elderly. Nutrition Services include WIC, nutrition counseling; active health promotion/disease prevention programs; breastfeeding promotion and counseling program. Certified by NYSDOH.
