Services Provided

The Adirondack Tobacco Free Network, ATFN, is a coalition of six counties that focuses on the reduction of the use of tobacco among adults and adolescents. This is accomplished through cooperative programs in prevention, cessation, advocacy, policy initiatives, and community education. Referrals are made as appropriate. ATFN also supports businesses that want to be a smoke free establishment.

The following resources are available through ATFN: "Ready to Stop Smoking? Here's Help….Resource Guide for the Adirondack Region"; "Adirondack Region Smoke-Free Restaurant Directory"; "Taking Action for a Tobacco Free Adirondack Region"; and "Is Your Home Smoke Free?". ATFN collaborates with a myriad of organizations to accomplish its goals: please contact us for more information.
